No, Camera Commons does not offer price matching between our website and third-party platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, or TikTok. Prices on these platforms may vary due to exclusive promotions, campaign participation, voucher applications, and platform-specific partnerships.

How to order via website?
- Browse the website to explore available products. Items can be viewed by category, sorted, or filtered using the search bar.
- Select a product to view complete details and additional images.
- Click the “Add to Cart” button on the product thumbnail or details page to include the item in the shopping cart.
- Once shopping is complete, open the cart from the main navigation bar to review the order summary and proceed to checkout.
- Existing customers may sign in to their accounts, while new customers can sign up or log in using Facebook, Google, or Apple ID.
- Provide the required details, including shipping address and preferred payment method, then complete the payment process.
• Note: A different payment process applies for Bulky Orders. - An order invoice will be sent via email once the purchase is confirmed.

Do you offer installment payments?
Currently, Camera Commons does not provide installment payment options via Credit Card or In-House Loan. Customers seeking installment arrangements are advised to coordinate directly with their respective banks to establish a payment plan.
Is it safe to transact online?
Yes, Camera Commons handles thousands of orders each month, ensuring careful processing for each and every customer. The company thrives by fostering trust within its community through integrity and transparency in all transactions.
In line with this, we still highly encourage our customers to exercise due diligence. Kindly refrain from providing the following details to anyone: your card’s expiration date, signature, and CVV. We do not require the said details.
For declined transactions, OTP failure issues, or other card-related concerns, please contact your issuing bank directly, as these processes are managed by your bank and not the merchant.
Shipment and Delivery
How long does the delivery usually take?
Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped only after payment confirmation. Delivery timelines are as follows:
Metro Manila: 1-3 business days
Provincial areas: 3-15 business days, depending on the location
Please note that couriers do not operate on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Orders scheduled for pickup on these days will be processed on the next available business day. For pre-ordered or exclusive items, the processing may take 3-15 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Do you allow store pick up?
Store pick ups are allowed for website purchases that have indicated STORE PICK UP as their delivery option. Store pick ups that did not indicate STORE PICK UP as their delivery option is not allowed. Store pick ups have a lead time of one (1) business day or the next working day.
What are important delivery notes when purchasing via website?
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
1. Orders will be shipped only to the provided shipping address. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.
2. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. Please ensure that you or an authorized recipient is available to receive the package. If no one is available, the delivery will fail, and the order will be returned to our hub.
3. If an order needs to be reprocessed due to a failed delivery, additional shipping and handling fees will apply.
4. Only one (1) shipping address is allowed per order. Please provide complete and accurate details, including the Correct Barangay, City, and Region. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
5. If a paid order is canceled due to a failed delivery, only the product amount will be refunded. The handling fee is non-refundable."
What is the process if an order is placed and paid for, but the item is later determined to be out of stock?
Camera Commons regularly updates product availability on its website. However, in the rare event that you purchase and pay for an item that later becomes unavailable, our team will promptly notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.
In such cases, we will initiate a full refund, which should reflect in your account within 1-2 business days, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
Do you allow same day delivery?
No, for website purchases, same day delivery is not available and guaranteed.

What are the shipping options?
Camera Commons delivers orders within Metro Manila and NCR through Lalamove, LBC, and J&T Express. For areas outside Metro Manila and nationwide, shipments are handled by AP Cargo and JRS Express.
Who can receive my order?
Please make sure you are available to receive your order. If you won’t be around, arrange for a trusted person to receive it on your behalf.
Track your delivery closely—once it is marked as completed, you have 24 hours to report any issues if you did not receive your order.
Do shipments come with insurance or a warranty?
Yes, your shipment is declared with the courier and comes with insurance.

1. Do not accept the package if the packaging appears tampered with. Report it to us immediately.
2. Upon receiving your order, check the item carefully and take a photo or video while unboxing.
3. If there are any missing items or defects, report them immediately. All claims will be investigated with our partner couriers.

How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping fee depends on the order total, package size, and delivery location. The exact amount will be shown during checkout.
How much is the shipping fee for large or bulky items?
If your order is considered bulky or oversized based on its dimension or volumetric weight (more than 30kg volumetric weight), Camera Commons Inc. reserves the right to review and adjust the shipping fee accordingly.
- In such cases, you will receive an email notification after checkout with the accurate shipping fee based on your region and the actual dimensions of the package.
- Your order will only be processed once you confirm and settle the adjusted shipping fee.
- If you choose not to proceed with the adjusted fee, you may request for a full order cancellation and refund.

What is your warranty, return, and cancellation policy?

For replacements and service warranty, please refer to our RETURNS POLICY AND PRODUCT WARRANTY PROVISIONS for full details. All sales are considered final. If you receive a defective item, submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), and our tech support team will assist you.
Order cancellations due to incorrect orders or a change of mind are not allowed.
For other cancellation reasons, email sales@cameracommons.ph with your order number.

What is an RMA?
RMA stands for Return Merchandise Authorization and applies only to camera items. Accessories are non-returnable and non-replaceable.
How to File an RMA:
1. Email sales@cameracommons.ph within 7 days of receiving your item.
2. Use the subject line: ""RMA/DEFECTIVE - ORDER #""
3. Attach all pertinent documents and RMA Form.
4. Wait for our support team’s response with further instructions.
Returning an Item for Replacement:
Do not return an item unless you have filed an RMA and received instructions from our tech team. Download RMA Form here..
If your item is found defective and covered under warranty, our team will conduct an initial diagnosis before processing a replacement.

Clearance Sale Purchase
Is there a warranty or return policy for clearance sale items?

- Clearance sale items do not come with a 7-day replacement warranty and cannot be returned once shipped.
- Before shipping, we will send photos and videos of the actual item for your review and approval.
- If you do not approve the item, you may request a refund before shipment. However, once the item has been shipped, no refunds or returns will be accepted.
- Clearance sale items cannot be combined with other promotions, such as freebies or additional discounts.
