Shipping and Returns Policy
1. General Policy
Camera Commons aims to provide customers with fast and reliable delivery service. All orders are processed and shipped through our trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
2. Order Processing
- Successfully placed orders are verified and prepared within 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation.
- Processing is handled by our fulfillment team from Mondays to Saturdays, excluding Sundays and holidays.
- For pre-ordered or exclusive items, additional processing time of 3–15 business days may apply.
Once an order has been processed and dispatched, tracking details will be sent via email.
3. Delivery Coverage
Camera Commons delivers nationwide, except for areas outside our logistics partners’ delivery zones.
4. Delivery Timelines
- Metro Manila: 1–3 business days
- Provincial Areas: 3–15 business days (depending on location)
Please note that couriers do not operate on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Orders scheduled for pickup on these days will be processed on the next available business day.
5. Shipping Fee
Shipping fee is calculated based on order total, package size, and delivery location. The exact amount is displayed during checkout.
Bulky or Oversized Orders. If your order is considered bulky or oversized based on its dimension or volumetric weight (more than 30kg volumetric weight), Camera Commons Inc. reserves the right to review and adjust the shipping fee accordingly.
- In such cases, you will receive an email notification after checkout with the accurate shipping fee based on your region and the actual dimensions of the package.
- Your order will only be processed once you confirm and settle the adjusted shipping fee.
- If you choose not to proceed with the adjusted fee, you may request for a full order cancellation .
6. Order Tracking
Once an order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent containing a tracking number to monitor the shipment’s progress.
7. Store Pick-Up and Same-Day Delivery
- Store pick ups are allowed for website purchases that have indicated STORE PICK UP as their delivery option. Store pick ups that did not indicate STORE PICK UP as their delivery option is not allowed. Store pick ups have a lead time of one (1) business day or the next working day.
- For same-day deliveries, transactions may be arranged via our official Facebook page: facebook.com/CameraCommonsPH.
8. Delivery Guidelines
Important Notes:
- Orders will be shipped only to the provided shipping address. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.
- Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Please ensure that the recipient or an authorized representative is available to receive the package.
- Failed deliveries returned to our hub may incur additional shipping and handling fees if reprocessed.
- Only one (1) shipping address is allowed per order. Ensure that details such as the correct Barangay, City, and Region. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If a paid order is canceled due to failed delivery, only the product amount will be refunded. The handling fee is non-refundable.
9. Out-of-Stock Policy
Camera Commons regularly updates product availability. In the rare case that an item becomes unavailable after payment:
- Customers will be promptly notified using the contact details provided at checkout.
- A full refund will be issued within 1–2 business days, depending on the payment method and bank processing times.
10. Shipping Partners
Deliveries within Metro Manila and NCR are handled by Lalamove, LBC, and J&T Express.
For provincial and nationwide shipments, we partner with AP Cargo and JRS Express.
11. Receiving Orders
The recipient listed on the order should be available to receive the package. If not, a trusted representative may receive it on their behalf.
Please monitor delivery updates closely—once marked as “Completed,” customers have 24 hours to report any delivery issues.
12. Shipment Insurance and Warranty
All shipments are declared with the courier and come with insurance coverage.
Important Reminders:
- Do not accept packages that appear tampered with. Report the incident immediately.
- Upon receipt, carefully inspect the item and take photo or video documentation during unboxing.
- Report any missing items or defects immediately. All claims are subject to verification with our courier partners.

13. Refunds and Mode of Payment Policy
- Change of Mode of Payment (MOP):
We do not have the means to change payment methods, especially for transactions made through credit card or e-wallet.
If you wish to use a different payment method, your current order must be cancelled, and you will need to place a new order using your preferred mode of payment.
Refunds for the cancelled transaction will be processed within 15–20 banking days.
- Refunds Due to Change of Mind or Change of MOP:
Any reversal or refund due to change of mind or change of MOP will incur a ₱350 processing fee to cover non-refundable payment processing costs already charged by our payment partners.
This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount, which will be processed within 15–20 banking days.
- Unclaimed Store Pick-Up Orders:
Orders for store pick-up must be collected within 10 days from the date of the pick-up notification sent by the branch.
Failure to pick up your order or respond to our message within this period will forfeit your order, and it will be automatically cancelled.
A ₱150 warehouse handling fee plus bank fee charges (depending on your mode of payment) will be deducted from your refund, which will be processed within 15–20 banking days.
14. Terms and Conditions
By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by Camera Commons’ policies, including our Terms and Conditions, Shipping and Delivery Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and all other guidelines governing your transaction.
