By purchasing at Camera Commons PH, you have read and agreed to our store's policies (how to order, warranty, etc).

I. Account terms

a. To access and place an order using Camera Commons PH website, you must register for Camera Commons PH account by providing your full legal name, current/delivery address, phone/contact number, a valid email address, and any other information indicated as required.

b. You acknowledge that Camera Commons PH will use the email address you provide on creating an Account or as updated by you from time to time as the primary method for communication with you.

c. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Camera Commons PH cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain the security of your Account and password.

d. You are responsible for all activity and content such as orders, wishlist, or cart, collected, generated, stored, displayed or in connection with your Account.

II. Pre-order and Reservation terms

a. For reservation, customer can reserve an item(s) in advance for (1) one day only

b. For pre-ordered item(s), it will be considered as final purchase once downpayment as required has been settled.

c. For pre- ordered items(s), processing of payment and acknowledgement of an order does not constitute a legally binding contract. Camera Commons PH has the right to cancel pre-ordered item(s) depending on item availability from the supplier.
